Design Build Experience

Agee Construction Corporation was awarded the Design-Build Excellence Award in 2009 as a Specialty Contractor on the City of Clovis Sewage Treatment/Water Reuse Facility in Clovis, California. Agee performed all structural concrete forming and placing of over 3,000 CY of poured in place concrete to construct the head works structure concrete membrane bioreactor basin, and a concrete block membrane equipment building. Agee Construction Corporation is committed to making a difference. We have always invested in the recycling of sustainable construction products. Removing and preparing lumber, equipment, and falsework materials for reuse has been a required practice for all projects. Our company has a fleet of equipment and vehicles, which exceeds one hundred pieces. Agee has invested resources in the recent years to upgrade its heavy equipment and currently exceeds the air quality standards regulated by the California Air Resource Board (CARB). Agee’s heavy off-road diesel vehicles are CARB compliant through 2015.

Agee has also taken the initiative to reduce its carbon footprint by building green at their own corporate facilities in Clovis, California. We have cut conventional electricity usage by over 25% since 2007, by installing a 29,973 watt Photovoltaic System on the roof of our equipment maintenance building. Walking the talk and making a daily practice of recycling all cardboard, paper, plastic, glass, and office equipment comes naturally for the Agee Construction employees whether at the office or on a construction site. Building a greener West Coast has made Agee Construction an environmental conscious contractor by choice.
